The Early Music Shop

Based in London, with a branch in Saltaire, West Yorkshire, the Early Music Shop claims to have the world's largest collection of baroque, renaissance and medieval instruments. This seems hard to dispute, given the shop interior image at the right.

While far more than just a recorder shop, their recorder range includes the following manufacturers: Mollenhauer, Moeck, von Heune, Paetzold, Kung, Kobliczeh, Blezinger, Coolsma and Takeyama.

They have an extensive sheet music collection, and a used instrument agency. Their staff includes a recorder technician.
